Description

  • Develop, build, and strengthen referral relationships with tech partners, HCM partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space.
  • Create strategic referral networks and partnerships focused on lead generation and new business opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and resolve partnership issues by working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance.
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing to execute partner sales initiatives such as educational events, email campaigns, and webinars.
  • Work with partners to define business goals and performance metrics, including sales pipeline depth and revenue generation.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and demand-generation activities with partner accounts.
  • Engage, develop, and expand Human Interest’s key accounts and growth opportunities.
  • Exercise independent judgment to create solutions in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience building, developing, and maintaining relationships with tech and human capital management (HCM) partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space.
  • Experience in territory sales and business development.
  • Proven track record of success in a quota-driven sales environment.
  • Ability to work independently as a highly motivated individual contributor and relationship builder.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Resourceful, resilient, and solutions-oriented with the ability to solve operational partnership issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce to manage sales cycles is preferred.
  • Ability to travel and be in the field 3 days per week.
  • Must be located in the Orlando, FL area.

  • Total On Target Earnings (OTE) of $130,000 - $140,000, including a $70,000 base salary and a $70,000 variable target compensation.
