Description

  • Develop, build, and strengthen referral relationships with tech partners, HCM partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space.
  • Create strategic referral networks and partnership opportunities focused on lead generation and growth.
  • Proactively identify and resolve partnership issues by working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance.
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing to plan and execute partner sales initiatives such as educational events, email campaigns, and webinars.
  • Work with partners to define business goals and performance metrics, including sales pipeline depth and revenue generation.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and demand-generation activities with partners.
  • Engage key accounts and help accelerate partner relationships to expand Human Interest’s reach.
  • Operate independently to create solutions, exercise judgment, and manage partnership opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience building and maintaining relationships with tech and human capital management (HCM) partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space.
  • Experience in territory sales and business development.
  • Proven track record of success in a quota-driven sales environment.
  • Ability to work independently as a highly motivated individual contributor and relationship builder.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Resilient, resourceful, and able to find creative ways to solve problems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce to manage sales cycles is preferred.
  • Ability to travel and be in the field 3 days per week.
  • Growth mindset and coachability, with the ability to absorb feedback, training, and guidance and apply it effectively.

  • On-target earnings of $140,000-$150,000, including a base salary of $80,000-$90,000 and a $60,000 variable target compensation.
