Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned U.S. and global networks and alliances.
  • Build trusted relationships with network leadership, alliance executives, and influential member firms.
  • Represent Caseware at alliance conferences, regional events, and leadership meetings, including about 30% U.S. travel.
  • Advocate for network needs internally and align efforts across Sales and Product teams.
  • Source and qualify new opportunities within alliance ecosystems.
  • Support and, where appropriate, lead RFP/RFI responses for network-level or multi-firm opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales teams to reactivate dormant firms and re-engage underpenetrated members.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and accurate CRM tracking and reporting.
  • Identify and pursue expansion opportunities through new product adoption, cross-selling, and upselling.
  • Develop network-specific growth plans and translate global initiatives into actionable motions for U.S. member firms.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in business development, account management, alliances and partnerships, customer success, or relationship management.
  • Experience working with professional services firms such as accounting, audit, or advisory is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with member-based organizations, alliances, or networks is highly valued.
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence without authority across decentralized organizations.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system is preferred.
  • Awareness of emerging AI trends and their business applications.
  • Willingness to travel within the U.S. approximately 30% for events, partner meetings, and key engagements.
