Description

  • Cultivate and develop Stripe’s consulting/services and technology partnerships across EMEA.
  • Work daily with regional sales teams on partner relationship and revenue-generating activities.
  • Execute Stripe’s global partner programs across the region.
  • Drive partner marketing, partner enablement, and partner co-selling initiatives.
  • Increase partner participation and engagement.
  • Build and convey compelling value propositions for partners and customers.
  • Work cross-functionally across business, product, technical, and sales stakeholders.
  • Assess and support partnership opportunities within consulting and technology ecosystems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing partnerships and/or sales for high-tech or financial services organizations.
  • Successful track record of developing and growing partnerships.
  • Professional and technical knowledge, including understanding of industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate high-value deals with a C-level audience.
  • Highly organized self-starter with strong multitasking skills who can take ownership and influence others in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Experience working in the financial services/payments industry (preferred).
