Description

  • Recruit and engage Microsoft partners and resellers focused on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Business Central.
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for partner recruitment and pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support recruitment and engagement efforts.
  • Advise partners on business growth strategies, market trends, regulatory changes, and ERP localization needs.
  • Drive partner onboarding and adoption of Companial services to improve satisfaction and long-term success.
  • Work with Microsoft Romania and regional teams to align recruitment and enablement initiatives with Microsoft’s Business Applications strategy.
  • Own country performance, including partner revenue growth, recruitment targets, and overall market development.
  • Represent Companial and Microsoft as a strategic ambassador in the local partner ecosystem.
  • Support partner engagement through occasional travel for events and relationship-building.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or partner management within the ERP or Business Applications domain.
  • Deep expertise in the Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem, particularly Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Strong understanding of Romanian market requirements, including local accounting standards, tax regulations, and ERP compliance legislation, is an advantage.
  • Advanced communication skills in both English and Romanian.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Strategic mindset with enthusiasm, initiative, and a passion for partner success.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills at C-level.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, approximately once per quarter.
  • Must have an established legal entity for B2B contracting purposes.
