Description

  • Develop, build, and expand referral relationships with tech partners, HCM partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space.
  • Create and manage strategic referral networks focused on lead generation and new partnership opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and resolve partnership issues by working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance.
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing to design and execute partner sales initiatives such as educational events, email campaigns, and webinars.
  • Work with partners to define business goals and performance metrics, including pipeline depth and revenue generation.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and demand-generation activities with partners.
  • Manage key accounts and growth opportunities within the partnership program.
  • Operate independently in a fast-paced environment while exercising sound judgment to create solutions when needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience building, developing, and maintaining relationships with tech and human capital management (HCM) partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space, including territory sales and business development.
  • Proven track record of success in a quota-driven sales environment.
  • Ability to work independently as a motivated individual contributor and relationship builder.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Strong resilience, resourcefulness, and creativity in overcoming setbacks and solving problems.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with willingness to handle operational partnership issues directly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce to manage sales cycles is preferred.
  • Growth mindset with openness to feedback and accountability.
  • Ability to be in the field 3 days per week.

  • Total On Target Earnings of $140,000 - $150,000, including a $90,000 base salary and a $60,000 variable target compensation.
