Description

  • Define and execute the global MSP go-to-market strategy to achieve partner acquisition and net revenue retention targets.
  • Lead, coach, and manage a global team of Partner Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Account Managers.
  • Own global forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting for the MSP business unit.
  • Oversee MSP account management to improve partner satisfaction, platform adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Standardize account health metrics, Quarterly Business Reviews, and growth plans across the partner base.
  • Build partner success frameworks that help MSPs bundle, upsell, and resell JumpCloud solutions to their customers.
  • Manage inbound MSP lead conversion and outbound pipeline generation across the PAE and BDR teams.
  • Represent JumpCloud at industry events, conferences, and roadshows to build executive relationships and generate pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Enablement, Channel Leadership, Marketing, Product, and Product Marketing to improve the partner program, campaigns, and roadmap input.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales leadership experience.
  • At least 4+ years managing MSP or channel partner sales and account management teams globally or across major regions.
  • Proven success managing both hunting teams (BDRs and quota-carrying PAEs) and farming teams (Account Managers).
  • Deep understanding of MSP business models, including MRR, packaging, margin expectations, and technical ecosystems.
  • Experience aligning sales execution with partner certification pathways and global channel partner programs.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Experience with PRM (Partner Relationship Management) tools and building dashboards, forecasts, and attribution models.
  • Ability to travel globally approximately 25–30% of the time.
  • Fluency in English for interviews and internal business communication.
  • Experience in multi-tenancy, integrations, or other MSP-relevant product areas is preferred.
