Description

  • Design, launch, and manage a referral program for consultancies and advisors in the communications and employee engagement space.
  • Identify, recruit, and develop new relationships with consulting firms and agencies to drive referral partnerships and pipeline growth.
  • Build and manage processes for opportunity registration, pipeline review, and performance tracking.
  • Partner with Marketing to create partner enablement materials, case studies, and coordinated event and content plans.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market motions with strategic technology partners such as Workday, Dayforce, Box, and UKG.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams on partner-sourced opportunities, co-selling, and customer success initiatives.
  • Establish KPIs and reporting cadences to measure partner engagement, sourced pipeline, and revenue contribution.
  • Represent Firstup at industry and partner events and promote the company’s mission and platform.
  • Support business planning sessions with key partners to pursue shared business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic partner alliance programs or channel sales in enterprise SaaS or B2B technology.
  • Proven success designing, implementing, and scaling referral or channel programs with measurable pipeline impact.
  • Demonstrated experience leading business planning sessions with key partners.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior leaders at consulting firms and technology partners.
  • Strong understanding of partner marketing, go-to-market planning, and co-selling motions.
  • Excellent organizational and process-building skills with experience managing multiple external stakeholders and internal workstreams.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building programs and partnerships from the ground up.
