Description

  • Develop strategic partnerships with Chinese game publishers to drive revenue growth across Southeast Asia.
  • Support market expansion initiatives in key regional gaming markets, particularly Indonesia and the Philippines.
  • Identify and develop new commercial opportunities across the company’s service portfolio.
  • Position the company as a preferred market-entry and growth partner for international publishers entering Southeast Asia.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Chinese publishers, developers, and ecosystem partners.
  • Advise publishers on go-to-market strategy, creator partnerships, community building, localization, and player acquisition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated marketing and growth solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and partner meetings across China.
  • Own regional revenue targets, growth objectives, and pipeline management.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and long-term partnership agreements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, commercial leadership, or market expansion in gaming, esports, media, entertainment, or digital platform industries.
  • Strong existing network within the Chinese gaming publisher ecosystem.
  • Experience building strategic partnerships across multiple international markets.
  • Proven ability to develop new business opportunities, revenue streams, or market expansions from the ground up.
  • Strong commercial negotiation and partnership management skills.
  • Experience working in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across different cultures and markets.
  • Experience working with regional or distributed teams.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
  • Passion for gaming, creator economies, digital culture, and emerging entertainment ecosystems.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset (preferred).
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, dynamic environments (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Southeast Asian gaming market dynamics and publisher expansion strategies (preferred).
