Description

  • Work full-cycle deals from demo completion to close.
  • Research and target companies using prospecting tools.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Learn and demonstrate the platform to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate contracts with prospects.
  • Record and document sales activity in Salesforce.com.
  • Use sales technology tools effectively throughout the sales process.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of work experience in a sales role, preferably at a startup.
  • A demonstrated track record of exceeding quota.
  • Experience with high-velocity sales cycles or selling to small businesses.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solutions-oriented approach to handling objections and showing product value.
  • Resilience, resourcefulness, and the ability to recover quickly from setbacks.
  • Comfort using Salesforce or other CRM and sales tools.
  • Ability to learn technology basics and apply them to business situations.
  • Must be located in the Eastern or Central time zone.
  • Ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable.

Benefits

  • Total On Target Earnings of $150,000 - $155,000.
  • Base salary of $77,500 plus variable target compensation of $77,500.
