Description

  • Own the metrics, dashboards, and analysis that support weekly pipeline reviews, forecasting, and executive reporting across the global GTM organization.
  • Deliver executive-ready insights on pipeline health, forecast risk, sales productivity, and revenue trends with clear recommendations.
  • Run the weekly pipeline inspection and forecast cadence, including leader-ready prep, stage hygiene monitoring, and follow-up on data gaps.
  • Build and advance HSI's Tableau reporting environment and expand self-serve analytics for GTM teams.
  • Analyze stage conversion, win rate, pipeline coverage, and attainment by segment, region, and cohort to identify actionable insights.
  • Define and document KPI definitions, calculation logic, and reporting methodologies to maintain a trusted source of truth.
  • Own CRM data requirements, definitions, and governance, partnering with Salesforce admins on implementation.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leaders to support QBR/MBR and weekly review cadences.
  • Apply AI and automation to RevOps workflows such as pipeline hygiene, lead routing, forecast prep, and data validation.
  • Help test, launch, monitor, and enable adoption of AI and automation use cases across GTM teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations with ownership of pipeline management, funnel reporting, and forecasting cadence.
  • Hands-on Tableau experience is required.
  • Demonstrated experience applying AI, automation, or emerging technology to improve a business workflow with measurable results.
  • Comfort working with data using SQL, BI tools, or similar reporting and analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud data warehouse environments such as Snowflake is a plus.
  • Strong hands-on Salesforce fluency, including understanding of the data model, configuration impacts, and how to scope requirements and QA changes.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Ability to translate business questions into metrics, analysis, and recommendations that influence leadership decisions.
  • Working knowledge of RevOps systems architecture, including data flow, integrations, and routing logic.
  • Comfort operating in a high-growth environment with evolving processes and ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with low-code or no-code automation platforms such as Workato, Zapier, Make, or n8n, including APIs and webhooks, is preferred.
  • Exposure to prompt design and LLM-assisted workflows such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot, including evaluation of AI-generated outputs, is preferred.
  • Experience in SaaS metrics and lifecycle reporting such as ARR, ACV, GRR/NRR, churn, expansion, and cohort analysis is preferred.
  • Experience building enablement or training materials that drive tool adoption across GTM teams is preferred.
  • Familiarity with additional BI or data visualization tools such as Power BI or Looker is preferred.
  • Familiarity with revenue and conversation intelligence tools such as Clari, Gong, Outreach/Salesloft, or ZoomInfo is preferred.
  • Experience with lead routing, attribution, and full-funnel measurement across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success is preferred.
