Description

  • Add new clients in Pax8 for Microsoft licensing and related ISV products.
  • Send granular permission requests and follow up until Microsoft tenant access is granted.
  • Obtain and validate pricing from Pax8/Microsoft and third-party ISV vendors for new orders and renewals.
  • Create sales orders in Sage Intacct that match quoted pricing, quantities, and terms.
  • Deliver completed sales orders to customers and assigned sales reps for review and confirmation.
  • Set up and maintain recurring transactions in Sage Intacct for monthly Microsoft and ISV subscriptions.
  • Own the full renewal cycle, including tracking renewal dates, confirming quantities, obtaining updated pricing, and processing renewals in Intacct and Pax8.
  • Follow up with clients on invoice and payment status and escalate aging or at-risk accounts as needed.
  • Maintain an accurate tracking system for clients, orders, renewal dates, and account status.
  • Coordinate with Accounting, Sales, and Service to resolve invoicing, pricing, provisioning, access, licensing, and reconciliation issues.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in accounting, order management, sales support, or a similar operational role.
  • Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct, especially the Order Entry module, is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Pax8 or another Microsoft CSP/distribution platform is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft licensing programs such as Microsoft 365, Azure, and CSP is a plus.
  • Understanding of the GDAP/granular permissions process is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort managing high volumes of transactional data accurately.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently prioritize many concurrent accounts.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or similar tools for tracking and reporting.
