Description

  • Manage Closed Won processing and order management to ensure accurate, timely execution.
  • Build standard quotes in CPQ and process Order Forms in line with pricing and approval requirements.
  • Own and resolve Deal Desk cases related to CPQ, quoting, and account maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce account and order records throughout the deal lifecycle.
  • Monitor the Deal Desk queue and respond to Sales requests within defined SLAs.
  • Coordinate with senior Deal Desk team members on complex or escalated cases.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
  • Contribute to improvements in Deal Desk SOPs, documentation, and knowledge resources.
  • Provide deal support and help with process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Order Management, or a related operational role.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce is required.
  • Experience with CPQ tools is strongly preferred.
  • Basic understanding of quote-to-cash processes and order management principles.
  • Interest in the commercial side of deals and motivation to grow in that direction.
  • Collaborative, people-first approach with the ability to build trust with Sales.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage high task volumes accurately.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively during end-of-month, quarter-end, and year-end periods.
  • Self-starter who can follow structured workflows while proactively flagging issues and improvements.
  • Strong automation and AI capabilities.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to work a split-day schedule bridging EMEA and AMER hours.
  • Remote work experience is a plus.
