Description

  • Own specific segments of the GTM lifecycle and design future-state workflows that reduce selling friction.
  • Conduct audits of existing sales motions to identify bottlenecks and process gaps.
  • Write business requirement documents, process flowcharts, user stories, and upstream data contracts.
  • Triage and prioritize inbound field requests using the GTM Priority Matrix.
  • Lead user acceptance testing, defect triage, and business go/no-go sign-off for releases.
  • Partner with Enterprise Technology to ensure business requirements are clearly defined and implemented correctly.
  • Work with Enablement and Data Analytics to measure adoption and downstream revenue impact.
  • Support deployment of the GTM AI roadmap and operationalize generative AI proof-of-concepts into rep workflows.
  • Maintain cross-functional alignment and clear operating boundaries across GTM, ET, and Enablement.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in management consulting, enterprise revenue architecture, or GTM transformation.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to deconstruct complex business problems from first principles.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for GTM stakeholders and business needs for technical teams.
  • Deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem and integrated GTM tools such as Gong and Outreach.
  • Understanding of object relationships, data schemas, and API limitations.
  • Experience creating structured artifacts such as BRDs, process maps, and executive-level decks.
  • Proven ability to empathize with sales teams and design systems that improve rep productivity.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive solutions from problem identification through execution.
  • Ability to build for long-term scale rather than only solving immediate issues.
  • Remote role, with occasional travel for project or team in-person meetings; not eligible for hire in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, or WA.
