Description

  • Execute a high volume of daily outreach through phone, LinkedIn, and email to build rapport and generate interest.
  • Schedule at least 25 qualified appointments per month for the Account Executive team.
  • Conduct prospect research and pre-call planning to tailor conversations and improve outreach effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline data in Salesforce or a similar CRM.
  • Promote webinars, live seminars, and industry conferences to drive attendance and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to refine outreach strategies and improve hand-off processes.
  • Navigate objections and adapt messaging to different professional audiences.
  • Work independently while maintaining consistent attendance and a reliable professional presence.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce or a similar CRM.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume cold-calling or call center environment is highly preferred.
  • Direct SDR experience in the HR tech or software space is a significant plus.
  • Primary internet connection with at least 15 Mbps speed.
  • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps speed and the ability to support work during a power outage.
  • Desktop or laptop with at least an Intel Core i5 8th generation or newer, Intel Core i3 10th generation or newer, AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor.
  • At least 8 GB of RAM on the primary device.
  • Backup device that meets or exceeds Intel Core i3 performance and works during power interruptions.
  • Functioning webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet dedicated home office space, and smartphone for communication and verification.
