Description

  • Generate qualified pipeline through high-volume outbound prospecting across cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Engage prospects live, lead discovery conversations, and book meetings that convert into opportunities.
  • Handle objections confidently and keep conversations moving forward.
  • Build persona-based outreach approaches to improve response and meeting rates.
  • Track objections and market feedback, then recommend improvements to scripts, hooks, and messaging.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including notes, stages, follow-ups, and activity tracking.
  • Follow up quickly and consistently to build momentum and credibility with prospects.
  • Partner with recruiting teammates to align client needs with available talent pipelines.
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs for calls, meetings booked, qualified opportunities, and pipeline created.

Requirements

  • Experience in an SDR/BDR, recruiter, account executive, or staffing sales role with direct responsibility for outbound prospecting.
  • Proven success in a high-volume cold calling environment, with daily dialing as a core expectation.
  • Strong live objection-handling skills and ability to stay productive under pressure.
  • Track record of booking meetings and generating qualified B2B opportunities.
  • Comfort engaging HR, Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, and senior decision-makers.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills that are clear, confident, and concise.
  • Experience using a CRM and sales engagement/prospecting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and stay consistent in a fully remote setup.
  • Experience in recruitment, staffing, RPO, or HR services is preferred.
  • Experience selling recruitment services or staffing solutions is preferred.
  • Familiarity with hiring workflows, workforce planning, and common hiring pain points is preferred.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management and B2B sales process discipline is preferred.
