Description

  • Conduct inbound and outbound outreach to attorneys and law firms.
  • Start conversations, ask targeted questions, and qualify prospect interest and business needs.
  • Navigate gatekeepers and connect with decision-makers.
  • Build rapport with professional prospects and maintain consistent outreach across calls, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Schedule qualified discovery calls for the sales team and coordinate calendars and availability.
  • Keep prospects informed, prepared, and clear on next steps and follow-ups.
  • Execute structured follow-up sequences to nurture leads through longer sales cycles.
  • Handle objections professionally and continue outreach until a meeting is booked or a decision is reached.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track activity and lead status, and keep the pipeline organized.
  • Collaborate with the sales team by delivering qualified meetings and reliable lead documentation.

Requirements

  • Experience in appointment setting, SDR/BDR, sales development, or outbound lead generation roles.
  • Strong outbound outreach and follow-up experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Confidence handling objections and pushback on calls and in written communication.
  • Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, Calendly, and Google Calendar.
  • Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.
  • Experience working with law firms, attorneys, or professional services companies (nice to have).
  • Agency or marketing-services outreach experience, especially in consultative or high-value sales (nice to have).
  • Proven ability to navigate gatekeepers effectively (nice to have).
