Description

  • Advise Commercial leadership on workforce planning, hiring priorities, recruiting strategy, and talent markets.
  • Develop launch-ready recruiting plans, talent pipelines, and hiring approaches for critical commercial roles.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across Sales, Market Access, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Training, and related functions.
  • Build proactive sourcing strategies for specialized, competitive, and field-based commercial talent.
  • Manage complex searches with focus on quality, speed, candidate experience, and business alignment.
  • Coach and support Talent Acquisition team members and contractors as needed.
  • Improve recruiting processes, systems, reporting, and scalable talent acquisition programs.
  • Use Greenhouse and recruiting analytics to monitor pipelines, hiring progress, and recruiting effectiveness.
  • Manage external search firms and recruiting vendors, including performance, budgets, and agency utilization.
  • Ensure recruiting practices comply with employment laws, company policies, confidentiality requirements, and ethical standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 8+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, healthcare, or similarly complex organizations.
  • Experience recruiting for commercial, sales, or field-based roles required.
  • Experience supporting commercial launches or team expansions strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and balance business priorities with candidate experience and recruiting discipline.
  • Experience building recruiting processes, programs, reporting, and talent pipelines in high-growth or evolving environments.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial talent markets, field-based recruiting models, and external search firm management.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong commitment to compliance, confidentiality, and ethical recruiting practices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems; Greenhouse experience preferred.

  • Starting base pay range of $165,000–$220,000 USD, determined by experience, skills, and location.
