Description

  • Source, screen, and close candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, freelancer platforms, and referrals.
  • Run structured interviews, test projects, and first-round group interviews.
  • Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Optimize sourcing channels and maintain always-hiring shortlists for recurring roles.
  • Produce weekly hiring pipeline reports and track funnel performance against KPIs.
  • Monitor and manage employer brand reputation, including Glassdoor reviews and feedback.
  • Design and implement people systems for onboarding, engagement, and retention.
  • Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and capacity planning.
  • Build performance expectations, evaluation frameworks, and development pathways.
  • Provide workforce insights and recommendations to leadership and coordinate with external service providers.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in remote or e-commerce organizations.
  • Proven experience hiring across marketing, operations, Amazon, product, and leadership roles.
  • Experience running structured interviews, test projects, and group interviews.
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, and OnlineJobs.ph.
  • Comfort managing hiring systems in Notion, ClickUp, or lightweight ATS tools.
  • Strong writing skills for job posts, outreach, and candidate communications.
  • Ability to manage 5-10 active roles at a time without dropping process quality.
  • Experience protecting brand reputation and responding to feedback, including Glassdoor reviews.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR or people operations experience with leadership responsibility.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Direct experience with contractor-centric or distributed teams.
  • Demonstrated success building compliant, scalable people systems.
  • Strong understanding of contractor classification, employment law, and risk mitigation.
