Description

  • Translate business needs into AI workflows and identify automation opportunities with Finance and Business Operations teams.
  • Develop and maintain Model Context Protocols (MCPs) that connect enterprise systems such as NetSuite, Zuora, and Jira to AI agents.
  • Create and manage intelligent agents that support enterprise processes including onboarding, billing support, and compliance monitoring.
  • Govern the lifecycle of MCPs and agents to ensure data governance, privacy, security, SOX compliance, auditability, and access control.
  • Measure and optimize AI initiatives by defining and tracking KPIs such as adoption, efficiency, accuracy, reliability, and cost performance.
  • Partner with IT, Security, and business stakeholders to build reusable AI frameworks and promote AI-first operating practices.
  • Coach teams on safe and effective AI-driven workflows and help operationalize AI across enterprise applications.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Enterprise Applications, or Automation roles.
  • Experience building and maintaining integrations across systems such as Jira, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, JSON, and RESTful service design.
  • Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or MCP.
  • Experience designing or maintaining Model Context Protocols or equivalent frameworks.
  • Familiarity with LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini.
  • Practical experience with prompt engineering.
  • Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for automation and orchestration.
  • Strong documentation, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience building secure, compliant, and explainable AI systems with SOX and audit controls in mind.

Benefits

  • Competitive base pay with equity (RSUs) for full-time employees.
  • Cash compensation targeted at $150,000-$165,000 per year in Denver and most remote locations.
  • Cash compensation targeted at $185,000-$205,000 per year in San Francisco, Seattle, and New York.
  • Hybrid office expectation of approximately 2-3 days per week for employees based in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City.
  • Secure, reliable, and consistent internet connection required for approved remote work arrangements.
