Description

  • Build AI agents and automations for recruiting workflows such as sourcing, screening, outreach, scheduling, candidate research, pipeline operations, and reporting.
  • Own the TA AI and automation roadmap end to end, including prioritization, sequencing, communication, and stakeholder readouts.
  • Partner with Corporate Technology to align solutions with company AI tooling, model access, infrastructure, security, and roadmap.
  • Develop and defend build-vs.-buy recommendations based on scalability, cost, safety, compliance, and maintainability.
  • Ship pragmatic solutions for both strategic initiatives and fast-turn ad hoc team requests.
  • Work with TA Enablement to improve AI literacy across the recruiting org through training, documentation, prompt patterns, and guardrails.
  • Own safety, compliance, and governance for AI systems, including PII handling, access controls, audit trails, model risk, data residency, and ITAR/CUI considerations.
  • Define success metrics for shipped systems and retire tools that are not delivering value.
  • Establish engineering practices such as version control, testing, evals, deployment, and monitoring to make AI systems durable.
  • Surface high-leverage automation opportunities proactively by understanding recruiter and sourcer workflows and pain points.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on technical experience building production software, with at least 1–2 years focused on applied AI or LLM-based systems.
  • Production experience building AI agents or LLM-driven automations, including prompt design, tool use, retrieval, evaluation, and handling non-deterministic failure modes.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals, including APIs and integrations, version control, testing, CI/CD, basic infrastructure, and deployment.
  • Experience integrating with SaaS APIs and connecting workflows across multiple tools, including auth, rate limits, pagination, and webhooks.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify high-leverage operational opportunities, ship working systems, and quantify impact.
  • Strong build-vs.-buy judgment with the ability to evaluate vendors and internal platforms on scalability, cost, safety, compliance, and maintainability.
  • Comfort owning a roadmap end to end and communicating clearly with non-technical leadership.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate operational problems into technical scope.
  • Genuine curiosity about recruiting / TA workflows; prior experience in the domain is strongly preferred.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
  • Prior experience embedded in or partnering with Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, or People teams as the primary technical owner of AI / automation (preferred).
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, and scheduling tools (preferred).
  • Experience designing AI literacy programs, internal enablement, or hands-on training for non-technical users (preferred).
  • Background in a regulated industry such as defense, aerospace, financial services, or healthcare (preferred).
  • Track record of retiring or replacing systems you previously shipped, with strong judgment on what to kill versus iterate (preferred).
