Description

  • Map current and future workflows within a business domain to identify high-leverage automation opportunities.
  • Build business cases, quantify impact, and align priorities with domain leadership.
  • Design target workflows that define agent responsibilities, human handoffs, and review checkpoints.
  • Map structured and unstructured data flows across internal systems, external SaaS, and enterprise tools.
  • Stand up agents and automation pipelines using approved AI platforms and frameworks.
  • Integrate agents with business systems through APIs, webhooks, MCP servers, CLIs, and skills while operating within security guardrails.
  • Configure prompts, context, tools, and retrieval pipelines so agents perform reliably on production work.
  • Handle enterprise integration issues such as authentication, schema drift, rate limits, and data quality.
  • Own agent performance in production by tracking KPIs such as throughput, quality, cost, cycle time, adoption, and human intervention rate.
  • Build evals, observability, and dashboards; triage failures and iterate or retire agents as needed.
  • Enable business users to run workflows and contribute reusable assets for the broader team.

Requirements

  • Hands-on technical fluency with CLIs, APIs, webhooks, SQL, and Python scripting.
  • Working knowledge of LLM and agent behavior, including prompting, context, tool use, RAG, MCP, evals, and failure modes.
  • Very comfortable working on a cloud platform.
  • Trustworthy with elevated access, with a strong understanding of least-privilege, auditability, and safe rollbacks.
  • Strong technical and process judgment with the ability to make outcome- and KPI-driven prioritization decisions.
  • Ability to operate comfortably as both the most technical person in a business meeting and the most business-savvy person in a technical discussion.
  • Prior experience partnering closely with business teams to deliver measurable outcomes, preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with an enterprise agentic platform such as CrewAI, LangChain, AWS Bedrock, Claude, or Codex, or building directly against a model API, preferred.
  • Background in product management, solutions engineering, consulting, forward-deployed engineering, or technical operations, preferred.
  • Experience working in regulated environments such as HIPAA, SOC 2, GxP, or SOX, preferred.
