Description

  • Identify and engage decision-makers at hospitals, private practices, schools, and community clinics to sell Gotham’s job board and recruitment offerings.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach and lead generation through contract negotiation and closing.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to employer partners and help them maximize ROI from job listings and staffing contracts.
  • Convert self-service job board users into full-service recruitment clients through consultative upselling.
  • Track healthcare hiring trends, competitor pricing, and regional staffing needs to inform sales positioning.
  • Maintain an active CRM pipeline in HubSpot or Salesforce and provide weekly forecasts on new billings and partnership growth.
  • Represent Gotham at industry conferences and networking events to build brand awareness and employer relationships.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in healthcare staffing, SaaS job boards, or HR tech.
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Ability to diagnose employer pain points and recommend the right mix of platform visibility and direct-hire services.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, including comfort pitching to C-suite executives in the medical and mental health sectors.
  • Highly self-motivated and comfortable working in a commission-based, remote-first sales environment.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Experience in healthcare staffing, SaaS, or HR technology is required; related experience is preferred.

  • Competitive base salary of $100,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
