Description

  • Identify and generate new qualified opportunities for the sales team.
  • Qualify active buying interest and identify critical decision makers in target accounts.
  • Use lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator to extract contacts and build accurate prospect lists.
  • Execute prospecting and engagement strategies through email, phone, and social outreach.
  • Manage conversations with executives, decision makers, and other stakeholders to schedule sales meetings.
  • Assist Account Executives by advancing qualified leads through the sales cycle.
  • Manage inbound leads using a prioritization strategy.
  • Work independently while collaborating with sales and marketing teams to accelerate pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • Candidate may be located anywhere in the USA.
  • Strong understanding of lead management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to perform well in high-stress, operationally complex, fast-paced, or customer-facing environments.
  • Strong conversational communication skills with curiosity, empathy, and listening skills.
  • Resilience in the face of rejection.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Enthusiastic team player and self-directed learner.
  • Ability to master new tools, follow processes, and execute workflows.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related area is preferred.
  • Prior Sales Development Representative experience or other customer-oriented background such as support or customer service is preferred.
