Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Certified Partners in an assigned territory.
  • Develop partner business plans and conduct performance reviews to identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive conversion of Certified Partners to Unified and Unified Elite partnership levels.
  • Educate partners on SC SaaS offerings, value propositions, and ideal use cases.
  • Guide partners on positioning SC SaaS to end users and overcoming sales objections.
  • Track and report on SC SaaS engagement, pipeline growth, and closed deals.
  • Coordinate partner learning paths, training programs, demonstrations, and sales guidance.
  • Monitor partner pipelines in the CRM and support deal acceleration across Genetec product lines.
  • Follow up on assigned leads and support transactional business, including small- to medium-sized system designs and BOMs.
  • Assist in end-user meetings and product demonstrations and provide technical support by coordinating with technology partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in inside sales, partner development, or technology sales.
  • Proven ability to drive product adoption and enablement in a remote sales environment.
  • Strong knowledge of channel sales and SaaS sales models.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence partners remotely.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and tracking adoption metrics using CRM tools.
  • Requires travel to partner sites.
  • Preference for candidates who live in the territory.
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach to partner growth and SC SaaS adoption is an asset.
  • Strategic and adaptable mindset with the ability to follow a structured sales framework while adjusting to partner needs is an asset.
  • Strong influencer, communicator, and collaborative mindset is an asset.
