Description

  • Support restaurant partners throughout the card-linked marketing program lifecycle and maintain productive partner relationships.
  • Collaborate with partners to translate business objectives, seasonal priorities, and marketing needs into offer strategies.
  • Manage ongoing partner communications about program performance, campaign results, and optimization recommendations.
  • Coordinate with card-linking platform vendors and data partners to ensure smooth program delivery and resolve technical or operational issues.
  • Develop and maintain sales collateral, pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, FAQs, onboarding guides, campaign playbooks, and reporting templates.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for internal sales and account management teams during calls, presentations, and strategy sessions.
  • Conduct training sessions and create reference materials so teams can independently discuss and sell the program.
  • Design card-linked marketing campaigns within the platform’s technical constraints for individual restaurant partners.
  • Work with product and engineering teams to solve complex partner needs and identify workaround or feature-request opportunities.
  • Assist with issues related to campaign setup, offer delivery, transaction matching, reporting discrepancies, and billing questions.
  • Coordinate with product operations to diagnose and resolve operational issues quickly.
  • Document recurring issues and contribute to process improvements, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor program health metrics and proactively identify risks and opportunities across the partner portfolio.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing program management, partnership management, or account management.
  • Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or financial services/payments industry preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Working knowledge of card-linking technology, loyalty platforms, or transaction-based marketing programs.
  • Experience with card-linked offer platforms such as Cardlytics, Figg, Kard, or Rewards Network preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to create sales and account management collateral such as pitch decks, case studies, and playbooks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of finding creative solutions within technical or operational constraints.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and finance teams.
  • Background in restaurant marketing, dining rewards programs, or food and beverage partnerships preferred.
  • Experience working with financial institution partners, card networks, or payment processors preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple partner relationships and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Work sponsorship is not available for this role.
