Description

  • Own, monitor, and evaluate key workflows and processes across sales, account management, and customer success.
  • Develop and apply logical frameworks and first-principles thinking to diagnose and resolve individual and systemic issues.
  • Manage ad hoc data analysis to support Garner’s revenue strategy and decision making.
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for issues, questions, and exceptions related to revenue teams.
  • Integrate people, process, and systems strategies to advance revenue and strategic objectives.
  • Establish and track key performance metrics to measure the performance of the revenue organization.
  • Collaborate with the Salesforce Administrator to optimize Outreach, Salesforce, and HubSpot for commercial teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or Private Equity, or 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM strategy role.
  • Experience at a high-growth startup is a plus.
  • MBA or STEM-related advanced degree preferred; business or STEM undergraduate degree required.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize insights from complex data.
  • High proficiency in Excel; experience with analytics tools such as Looker or Tableau is a plus.
  • Experience designing and implementing processes and workflows at scale for large enterprises or high-growth startups, especially in GTM, sales, and marketing.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, including the ability to present effectively to senior leaders.
  • Strong business writing skills and willingness to produce detailed process and workflow documentation.
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary to support company success.
  • Ability to thrive on a high-performing, mission-driven team with urgency, accountability, and authentic feedback.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $168,000 to $210,000.
