Description

  • Own the end-to-end sales process from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close.
  • Convert marketing-qualified leads into qualified opportunities and move them efficiently through the funnel.
  • Proactively source new opportunities from curated lead lists to build a self-generated pipeline.
  • Manage warm referrals from strategic partners and keep partners informed throughout the sales cycle.
  • Run discovery calls, deliver tailored product demos, and create value-based proposals.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for pipeline, forecasting, and sales activity.
  • Develop deep expertise in CMMC and government-contracting compliance to advise prospects credibly.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and delivery teams to improve messaging, conversion, and handoff.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B software or technology product sales experience, ideally in SaaS, cloud, or compliance solutions.
  • Proven success owning the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Experience selling into regulated, government, or government-contractor markets is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM and modern sales tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Strong pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting habits.
  • Ability to sell technical products to both technical and executive buyers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including discovery, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to learn complex subject matter quickly and become a credible domain expert.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
