Description

  • Own the partner marketing motion from early stages and build initiatives that drive partnership growth across verticals and geographies.
  • Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, and other channels to support awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth.
  • Develop and execute a portfolio of co-marketing activations and joint marketing programs with leading brands.
  • Collaborate with internal performance marketing managers, business development, and sales teams to align partnership marketing priorities.
  • Manage and maintain executive-level partner relationships while balancing partner needs with business objectives.
  • Own the marketing portion of the partnership onboarding process and design a scalable onboarding journey.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on partner integrations and how they can be leveraged in campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance using marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Deliver clear data points and strategic insights to improve marketing performance and partner outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in financial technology or software.
  • Proven experience leading partnership marketing programs.
  • Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solving ability with a strategic, data-driven approach.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is strongly preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $94,000 - $148,000.
  • Bonus eligibility.
