Description

  • Build and leverage a strong partner network to generate consistent, high-quality lead flow.
  • Serve as the regional subject matter expert on international expansion and global hiring support.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies for the organization’s largest and most complex partners.
  • Develop relationships with partner leadership and influencers to secure executive buy-in and high-value referrals.
  • Deliver in-person and virtual training to partner sales teams on G-P’s value proposition and client pain points.
  • Bridge partner-referred leads to G-P sales teams and maintain transparent pipeline tracking.
  • Facilitate reciprocal opportunities between G-P and its partners to support mutual growth.
  • Influence strategic initiatives and projects tied to business objectives and financial goals.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of success in sales or business development within a partner-led or channel environment.
  • Experience identifying and building relationships across organizations and turning them into tangible execution.
  • Experience working with or selling into the HR Tech, HCM, or Global Payroll industries.
  • Direct experience with go-to-market strategies involving HR tech or service offerings.
  • Ability to drive execution through others without owning direct execution yourself.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, International Relations, or a related field (preferred).
  • Partner marketing experience, including event planning, organization, execution, and lead development and follow-up (preferred).
