Description

  • Strategize, draft, and negotiate complex partnership agreements, including embedded services, channel/reseller agreements, and referral programs.
  • Lead the structuring and negotiating of strategic, embedded, and channel partnerships.
  • Partner with Partnerships, Sales, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to align agreements with business objectives and manage legal and operational risk.
  • Provide legal support for EMEA sales, including reviewing, redlining, and negotiating commercial agreements when bandwidth allows.
  • Develop and improve templates, playbooks, processes, and other knowledge resources for partnership deals.
  • Provide legal training and guidance to Partnership and other GTM stakeholders on complex commercial issues.
  • Resolve negotiation issues with a solutions-focused approach and minimize unnecessary escalation.

Requirements

  • Experience with partnership, embedded, reseller, or channel agreements is required.
  • Experience supporting commercial transactions, particularly enterprise-level SaaS agreements and global sales support.
  • Prior HR Tech industry experience or familiarity with bespoke HR services agreements is preferred.
  • Strong commercial drafting skills with the ability to create clear, precise, and enforceable agreements.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to develop practical solutions to complex commercial and business challenges.
  • Strong working knowledge of data protection laws, especially GDPR.
  • Prior background in U.S. data protection laws is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with GTM stakeholders while maintaining independent legal judgment.
