Description

  • Develop and execute the regional commercial strategy, including go-to-market plans, revenue growth initiatives, pricing and packaging considerations, and market expansion priorities.
  • Drive commercial performance across the full revenue lifecycle, including new business, expansion, retention, and partner value optimization.
  • Oversee commercial operations such as sales planning, pipeline management, territory design, forecasting, discount governance, payment processing, and partner onboarding.
  • Ensure commercial governance standards are followed and improve processes to increase efficiency, productivity, and partner experience.
  • Gather partner and market feedback to inform commercial strategy, product prioritization, and business cases for new features and capabilities.
  • Partner with global commercial and sales leaders to align regional execution and share best practices across markets.
  • Set and own commercial performance expectations against monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue, growth, and market share targets.
  • Lead pipeline and funnel performance across acquisition and expansion, using KPIs and conversion metrics to support predictable growth.
  • Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance insights using HubSpot and other commercial systems.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain commercial talent while coaching teams on sales, negotiation, and partner management.
  • Design training programs, development plans, and enablement resources that support individual and business growth.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Customer Success to align commercial priorities and improve partner experience.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B commercial leadership experience in SaaS, digital sales, online marketplaces, or payments environments.
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth across SMB segments, including new business and expansion.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Track record of leading teams to consistently deliver against revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with confidence in commercial metrics and forecasting.
  • Customer- and partner-centric mindset.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • High energy, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Creative, solutions-oriented, and collaborative leadership style with a proactive, ownership-driven approach.
