Description

  • Manage the AMER sales organization to deliver strong and consistent quota attainment.
  • Develop regional sales strategy with the CBO, Sales leadership, and cross-functional partners.
  • Design and implement initiatives to drive new business generation, retention, and expansion revenue.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales Development to improve inbound and outbound lead flow.
  • Work with Finance and Sales Operations to design quota and compensation mechanics.
  • Identify and implement process, systems, and tooling improvements that increase sales team efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and refine sales playbooks and motions to understand customer needs and demonstrate value.
  • Hire, develop, and retain an exceptional sales leadership group.
  • Partner with Enablement to design training programs that improve core sales skills and seller effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Product to provide customer insights that shape current and future offerings.
  • Plan accurate and scalable forecasting across both short and long sales cycles.
  • Engage directly with strategic accounts to support customer experience and close partnerships.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of the HR Tech and HR Solutions industry with extensive B2B sales experience.
  • Significant experience leading and motivating layered management teams.
  • Proven sales leadership experience with a strong track record in people development, leadership, and coaching at a high-growth startup.
  • Demonstrated success building sales teams in the AMER region with knowledge of the cultural aspects of selling in the market.
  • Ability to design and execute a business plan to achieve revenue goals and align cross-functionally on growth strategy.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to proactively bring problems and solutions to VP/C-suite stakeholders.
  • Remote work experience is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to join high-stakes discovery, demo, and closing calls and lead by example.
  • Ability to quickly build subject matter expertise in Payroll and HR Tech.
  • Strong sales operations fluency, including territory mapping, pipeline inspection, and pipeline hygiene.
  • Low-ego, high-impact approach with comfort handling both tactical and strategic work.
