Description

  • Recruit, develop, and lead a team of 5-7 Strategic Sales Reps across the Midwest.
  • Build and develop future sales leaders within Cribl's sales organization.
  • Create and execute a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation through closing.
  • Contribute to GTM development as part of the leadership team, reporting to the VP of Sales.
  • Support a geographically distributed, remote-first team across multiple time zones.
  • Lead the team in both new logo acquisition and account expansion.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading strategic sales teams.
  • Proven annual track record of overachievement.
  • Experience leading sales teams that sell through security channel partners.
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Experience with SaaS sales in cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations, and security.
  • Background selling large deals to large enterprises, including Fortune 1000 accounts.
  • Experience using MEDDIC.
  • Experience developing pipeline and opening new accounts.
  • Preferred background in Cloud, Security, or Machine Learning.
