Description

  • Identify, develop, and onboard new Introducing Brokers, affiliates, and partners in Brazil.
  • Drive client acquisition and revenue growth through direct outreach, referrals, events, and partnerships.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and affiliates.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and regulatory changes in the FX/CFD industry.
  • Collaborate with marketing and compliance teams to ensure campaigns and partnerships are aligned and compliant.
  • Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for the Regional Director.
  • Represent the company at industry events, expos, and webinars.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in business development or sales within the Forex, CFDs, or financial trading industry.
  • Strong network of IBs, affiliates, or high-net-worth retail/institutional clients.
  • Solid understanding of MT4/MT5, cTrader, and TradingView platforms and brokerage service structures.
  • Native Spanish and fluent English.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a remote environment.
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience expanding into emerging markets, such as LATAM, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms or CRM tools such as Salesforce, Cellxpert, or Zendesk is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
