Description

  • Research and identify new client opportunities within target accounts.
  • Partner with Account Executives to uncover new business opportunities in clients and prospects.
  • Use email, phone, and social outreach to connect with prospects.
  • Engage prospects and communicate the product’s value proposition.
  • Use discovery and objection-handling techniques to build interest with decision makers.
  • Coordinate meetings on Account Executive calendars and log activities in the CRM.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed program targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Passion for sales, whether through prior sales experience or a transition from another career or industry.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills for engaging senior-level executives.
  • Excellent organization and ability to stay focused and on task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Growth mindset and willingness to apply training, tools, and guidance to improve performance.
  • Goal-oriented approach with a drive to meet and surpass specific KPIs.
  • Ability to interact with Fortune 1000 executives or investment professionals.
  • Ability to work across phone, email, and social channels for outreach.
  • Experience or familiarity with sales development best practices is preferred.
  • Comfort speaking knowledgeably with decision makers and handling objections is preferred.
  • CRM usage experience is preferred.
