Description

  • Provide day-to-day Salesforce support for Commercial users, including queries, issues, and access requests.
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases to the Revenue Systems Lead with clear notes and investigation details.
  • Handle routine Salesforce administration such as users, permissions, fields, layouts, list views, reports, and dashboards.
  • Make small configuration changes within scope and support controlled system changes.
  • Improve data quality by identifying recurring issues, duplicates, and inconsistencies and proposing practical fixes.
  • Support testing, UAT, release checks, and documentation for system changes.
  • Create and maintain lightweight documentation and playbooks so common requests can be self-served.
  • Work closely with the Revenue Systems Lead to grow admin capability and support the Commercial teams.
  • Challenge poor decisions constructively and propose better ways of working.

Requirements

  • Hands-on Salesforce administration experience, either role-based or project-based.
  • Experience supporting Sales, Customer Success, or Onboarding teams.
  • Strong understanding of core Salesforce admin concepts, including objects, fields, permissions, users, and reports/dashboards.
  • Exposure to Flow, validation rules, and permission sets.
  • Clear communication skills and practical problem-solving ability.
  • Careful, structured approach to data quality, access changes, and documentation.
  • Ownership mindset with the ability to ask for help when needed and challenge poor decisions constructively.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
  • Apex coding and/or Lightning Web Components (LWC) experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Jira, Slack, Notion, HubSpot, PandaDoc, Stripe, or similar commercial systems is preferred.
