Description

  • Support the configuration, maintenance, and execution of GTM workflows, automation, validation rules, and system processes within CRM and GTM tools.
  • Translate business process requirements into scalable, system-driven workflows that support consistent GTM execution.
  • Partner with GTM Operations, RevOps, Enablement, and Systems teams to align workflows with business outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency through automation.
  • Monitor workflow adoption, CRM usage, stage progression, and process adherence across GTM teams.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to surface adoption trends, execution gaps, and workflow effectiveness.
  • Support initiatives focused on improving CRM data quality, hygiene, and standardized process compliance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Operations, or CRM-focused operational roles.
  • Hands-on experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and GTM systems.
  • Experience supporting workflows, automation, reporting, and process optimization initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify execution gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience building dashboards and analyzing operational, adoption, or execution metrics (preferred).
  • Familiarity with automation tools, workflow configuration, and system validation rules (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously (preferred).
  • Experience supporting CRM hygiene, data quality, and standardized process adherence (preferred).
  • Background partnering with Enablement or Systems teams on GTM rollouts and enhancements (preferred).
