Description

  • Research accounts and prospect contacts to set meetings and generate enterprise pipeline leads.
  • Conduct discovery conversations with inbound and outbound prospects across assigned territories or categories.
  • Qualify warm inbound leads and generate qualified meetings and opportunities for the sales team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and other teams to improve conversion and pipeline quality.
  • Join live customer calls with the enterprise sales team and gradually take the lead on pitches.
  • Use AI tools and agents to research accounts, improve outreach, automate workflows, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Work toward individual and team quotas for outbound activity, qualifying calls, meetings set, and revenue potential.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other sales operations tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in outbound lead generation and prospecting in high-velocity mid-market and enterprise sales environments.
  • Experience qualifying top-of-funnel sales pipeline.
  • Ability to research and use Salesforce or another CRM to generate leads.
  • Comfort picking up new tools quickly, including AI tools like Claude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort pitching to enterprise C-level executives.
  • Strong sense of ownership and urgency, with a self-starter mindset.
  • Adaptability and collaboration in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Remote candidates based in Europe only.
