Description

  • Identify and acquire new Key Accounts in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and expand business with existing Key Accounts to increase revenue and long-term value.
  • Manage strategic customer relationships and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to support business growth strategies.
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.

Requirements

  • Result-oriented and able to work in a semi-autonomous environment.
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations to large groups.
  • Ability to teach, coach, and mentor customer sales personnel on company products and solutions.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate the value proposition clearly.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public.
  • Willingness to travel significantly to current and potential clients.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule with significant overnight and occasional weekend travel.
