Description

  • Personally carry a quota and close 10-13 mid-market corporate accounts annually.
  • Own the full sales pipeline from prospecting and discovery through demos, proposals, and closes.
  • Build, document, and enforce sales playbooks, scripts, objection handling guides, and enablement materials.
  • Create structured onboarding so new hires become productive within 30 days.
  • Ensure team members are fully set up on sales systems and workflows within their first week.
  • Run weekly roleplay sessions and call reviews with the team.
  • Deliver weekly metrics reports to leadership covering activity, conversion, and pipeline progression.
  • Lead weekly team meetings focused on metrics review, roleplay, and quality assurance.
  • Track team performance across calls, emails, conversations, meetings, opportunities, proposals, and closes.
  • Own CRM hygiene, dashboards, and sales reporting in Salesforce to provide real-time visibility.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of B2B payments experience with verifiable quota attainment.
  • Proven track record of personally closing mid-market deals with $50M-$500M in AP spend.
  • Experience building sales processes and training programs from scratch.
  • Demonstrated history of managing SDR and AE teams to measurable outcomes.
  • Advanced Salesforce proficiency, including building reports, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where execution comes before refinement.
  • Experience with sales engagement tools such as dialers, call recording, and email automation platforms.
  • Experience using ZoomInfo or similar prospecting tools.
  • Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles lasting 3-9 months.
  • Daily use of AI tools for email drafting, research, training content, or productivity.
