Description

  • Initiate and maintain contact with merchants or borrowers to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Drive sign-ups from merchants or offer Financeit credit or insurance to borrowers, depending on the assigned focus area.
  • Set sales targets and work toward achieving them to support company growth plans.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
  • Seek coaching and guidance from peers and managers to improve sales techniques and performance.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and proactively solve challenges as they arise.
  • Apply business acumen to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Maintain high integrity and ensure the right solutions are delivered to the right clients.
  • Use CRM tools to manage and track the sales pipeline effectively.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record, preferred.
  • Recent graduates with a passion for sales will also be considered.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline through a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Desire to work on a competitive, target-driven business sales team.
  • Highly disciplined with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and oral business communication skills.
  • Fully remote work within Canada for an ongoing contract role starting with a one-year term.
  • Commission-only compensation structure.
