Description

  • Build relationships with prospective customers across multiple verticals, including healthcare, workplace, and education.
  • Work with account executives to define territory plans and prioritize target accounts.
  • Partner with marketing to create awareness at key accounts and support live events.
  • Execute outbound campaigns and engage leads using prospecting and sales engagement tools.
  • Qualify end-user prospects and deliver highly qualified sales opportunities to the region.
  • Manage the prospect pipeline and maintain accurate CRM data in Salesforce.
  • Have meaningful conversations about security concerns and identify fit for Evolv’s solutions.
  • Track and refine outreach tactics to improve performance across messages, cadence, channel, and timing.
  • Tackle inbound inquiries in the assigned region.
  • Attend trade shows and represent Evolv to prospects and customers.

Requirements

  • Based near a major metropolitan market within the Pacific or Mountain time zones, with willingness to travel as needed.
  • Experience or strong interest in business development, sales development, demand generation, or prospecting.
  • Ability to learn and articulate Evolv’s mission, products, and value proposition across different verticals.
  • Comfort identifying security pain points and qualifying prospects for potential fit.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com CRM and other sales/productivity tools.
  • Familiarity with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Sales Intel, Showpad, HubSpot, 6sense, and phone outreach.
  • Strong pipeline management and lead qualification skills.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with account executives, marketing, and regional go-to-market teams.
