Description

  • Identify prospective customers, generate leads, and convert them into clients.
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and present relevant solutions.
  • Emphasize product features and explain how they address customer challenges.
  • Answer customer questions about products and services.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms and prepare sales agreements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments and functions.
  • Maintain contact lists and nurture customer relationships through follow-ups.
  • Participate in local and regional travel, apartment associations, and trade shows or industry events.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in technology or software sales, including SaaS, PaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience in the multifamily housing industry is a plus.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to close deals.
  • Ability to cultivate client relationships and work independently.
  • Demonstrated ambition, assertiveness, confidence, honesty, and discipline.
  • Social intelligence and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven sales results and a track record of success.
  • Experience selling CRM software is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of property management software, current property management technology trends, or existing industry relationships is preferred.
  • Experience working with a remote team is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are advantageous.
  • Multilingual proficiency to serve diverse clients is advantageous.
