Description

  • Identify prospective customers, generate leads, and convert them into clients.
  • Contact new and existing customers to understand their needs and present solutions.
  • Demonstrate product features and explain how they address customer challenges.
  • Answer customer questions about Entrata’s products and services.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms and prepare sales agreements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different teams and functions.
  • Maintain contact lists and nurture customer relationships through regular follow-up.
  • Build business relationships with property management companies in the Central Region through hunting and outbound prospecting.
  • Represent Entrata at local and regional travel events, apartment associations, trade shows, and headquarters visits.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in technology/software sales, including SaaS, PaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in the multifamily housing industry is a plus.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to close deals.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ambition, assertiveness, confidence, honesty, and discipline.
  • Social intelligence and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven sales results and a track record of success.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Preferred experience selling CRM software, using Sandler or similar sales methodologies, and working with property management software.
  • Preferred experience working with a remote team, knowledge of property management technology trends, existing industry relationships, and multilingual proficiency.
