Description

  • Design and implement lifecycle programs across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and advocacy.
  • Create data-informed customer journeys that move users from signup to power-user adoption.
  • Build and run lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels.
  • Build a rigorous experimentation framework to test messaging, timing, channel mix, and segmentation.
  • Partner with Product Management, Product Leads, Data, and Growth on product priorities and feature releases.
  • Use behavioral and campaign data to generate insights that inform product decisions and lifecycle strategy.
  • Analyze cohort behavior, identify drop-off points, and recommend actions to improve activation, feature adoption, and retention.
  • Write and iterate on compelling customer communications, including emails and in-product messages.
  • Determine the best channel mix to reach users with the right message at the right moment.
  • Build audience segments, analyze cohorts, and perform funnel and lifecycle reporting using analytics tools and SQL.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing roles.
  • Proven success driving product adoption and retention metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Looker, Snowflake, or similar tools.
  • Comfort with SQL for audience segmentation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently with data across multiple datasets tied to different products.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills for emails, in-product messages, and other user-facing content.
  • Experience working closely with Product teams and influencing roadmaps.
  • Track record of building and running structured A/B tests and iterating from results.
  • Hands-on experience with Customer.io or similar platforms such as Iterable or Braze, plus Salesforce and analytics tools.
  • Preferred: B2B SaaS or marketplace experience, early-stage or 0-1 product launch experience, background in travel, fintech, or marketplaces, and SQL proficiency for custom audience building.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $105,000 to $120,000 USD.
  • Competitive total compensation that may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE).
