Description

Build and manage workflows, automations, email campaigns, and follow-up sequences inside GoHighLevel.
Maintain accurate CRM contact, pipeline, and participant records.
Create, schedule, and publish social content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and online communities.
Manage community engagement, including comments, direct messages, and participant questions.
Support marketing campaigns, launches, promotions, and performance tracking.
Provide executive and administrative support, including scheduling, calendar coordination, task tracking, and documentation.
Create, edit, format, and repurpose short-form marketing content and digital resources.
Support participant onboarding, program administration, and member communications.
Research ideal client profiles, build prospect lists, and support lead generation outreach.
Compile research, reports, and findings for leadership.

Requirements

Experience in marketing operations, marketing coordination, executive assistance, virtual assistance, or operations support.
Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).
Experience building or managing CRM workflows, marketing automations, email campaigns, and follow-up sequences.
Experience supporting founders, coaches, startups, or entrepreneurial businesses.
Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, including Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Google Drive.
Experience with social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
Familiarity with Canva, Veed, Opus Clips, or similar content-editing tools.
Strong written English communication skills.
Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Availability during U.S. Pacific Time (PST) business hours.
Preferred: Experience with coaching businesses, agencies, creator-led businesses, or membership communities.
Preferred: Familiarity with landing pages, marketing funnels, paid advertising, email marketing, and lead nurturing.
Preferred: Experience using Slack, Notion, Airtable, ClickUp, or HubSpot.
