Description

  • Cultivate and maintain positive, long-term relationships with assigned clients at the executive level.
  • Serve as an extension of the client by communicating expectations and aligning internal teams to deliver on commitments.
  • Oversee all Client Success activities for designated clients in the assigned region.
  • Lead and mentor 4-5 Client Success directors to support goal achievement and team performance.
  • Manage client lifecycle activities including sales support, implementations, go-lives, business reviews, and cross-sell identification.
  • Track client performance goals and conduct regular business reviews to communicate progress, value, and ROI.
  • Generate and deliver monthly and quarterly reporting packages with relevant metrics and benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop client-specific strategies and action plans to resolve issues and maximize revenue.
  • Schedule and facilitate client meetings and conference calls, including agendas, presentation materials, summaries, and deliverables.
  • Identify and escalate cross-sell opportunities and participate in internal account review meetings such as sales forecasts and at-risk reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of demonstrated account management experience in the healthcare technology industry, specifically involving hospital revenue cycle management.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Experience with claims billing and IT/EDI systems preferred.
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Up to 30% travel required.
