Description

  • Serve as a primary operational point of contact for assigned client accounts and help align client expectations with internal execution.
  • Develop working knowledge of client contracts, workflows, service-line scope, and operational nuances.
  • Interpret operational data and trends to support client-facing discussions and reporting.
  • Lead or participate in client meetings, operational touchpoints, and account reviews.
  • Identify operational risks, emerging issues, and opportunities for improvement within assigned accounts.
  • Monitor performance indicators and inventory health to flag deviations or concerns.
  • Support root cause analysis and help create structured action plans for issue resolution.
  • Track action items, follow-ups, and commitments to ensure timely accountability and closure.
  • Escalate issues to the Client Delivery Director with clear context, analysis, and recommended next steps.
  • Prepare monthly operational reviews, reporting packages, meeting notes, and client-facing materials.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2–4 years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, client-facing roles, or related environments.
  • Foundational understanding of operational workflows, data interpretation, and client support models.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow structured processes, and meet deadlines.
  • Comfort working in cross-functional environments with evolving priorities.
  • Experience in healthcare technology or the RCM industry, including understanding of complex claims processing.
  • Knowledge of hospital revenue cycle processes, insurance billing, and reimbursement methodologies.
  • Consultative mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Professional presence appropriate for client-facing interactions; willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
