Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from initial enquiry through successful delivery.
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Build trust through proactive communication, follow-ups, and relationship management.
  • Guide customers through purchasing decisions with a premium, concierge-level experience.
  • Follow up with prospective customers, re-engage abandoned carts, and nurture warm leads.
  • Coordinate high-value order fulfillment and delivery from confirmation to final arrival.
  • Track shipments and liaise with warehouses, logistics providers, and delivery partners.
  • Resolve shipping issues or delays while keeping customers informed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and shipment progress.
  • Assist with reporting, administrative tasks, and operational support.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Customer Success, Patient Coordination, Medical Administration, Practice Management, Account Management, Sales Support, or Premium Customer Service.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Warm, confident, and professional telephone manner.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain meaningful customer relationships.
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high customer care.
  • Excellent follow-through and strong ownership.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in medical, healthcare, specialist practice, wellness, or luxury service industries (preferred).
  • High-ticket sales experience or experience supporting premium product or service purchases (preferred).
  • Experience re-engaging dormant enquiries, recovering abandoned carts, or nurturing warm sales leads (preferred).
  • Previous logistics, order fulfilment, or supply chain coordination experience (preferred).
  • Experience working remotely in a structured, high-performance environment (preferred).
